Sidamo

Sidamo is one of Ethiopia's most famous coffee-growing regions, renowned for producing beans with a remarkable diversity of flavors. Grown at high altitudes in fertile volcanic soil, Sidamo coffees are prized for their bright acidity, full body, and notes of lemon, bergamot, and flowers. The region is a mosaic of small farms where coffee is often grown in gardens alongside other crops, a practice known as "garden coffee."
